Running a water ice stand in the summer heat, you can see your fair share of foot traffic. But as David Livewell will tell you, you always remember your ‘regulars.’
In this photo, snapped in 1987, the Parker Sisters and Nita Sanaria stop at the stand David ran in front of his home on Master Street.
Each summer, the three women were some of David’s more frequent customers. With or without this photo, he’d never forget their friendly faces, his first summer job, and the undeniable satisfaction of an ice cold treat on a hot day.
